Job Description
Netfine has vacant positions for 01 Senior Business Developer located at our Vietnam office to join our Business Development team to expand the Software Outsourcing Development services including Mobile/Web Applications, Offshore Development Center, Blockchain Development and Custom Software Development. You will join an existing international team of great people and will have a chance to contribute to a great success story while learning and growing with us.
Primary responsibilities including but not limited to:
  1. Find new, cross-selling/up-selling opportunities in potential or existing customers with support by managers.
  2. Make appointments with appropriate persons in charge of potential customers.
  3. Present introduction of products and services to potential customers following defined sales strategy.
  4. Liaise with internal stakeholders to make proposals and supervise the projects.
  5. Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  6. Track, accurately record and report daily sales results to the Managers.
  7. Closely work with Line Manager to achieve the individual and team sales targets.
  8. Define sales strategy for assigned product (including marketing investigation, targeting, activity plan) with support by managers.
  9. Develop and execute long-term sales strategies to maintain current clients and generate new business opportunities.
  10. Negotiate and close deals by understanding, creating, and delivering client value propositions.
  11. Provide post-sales client relationship management to ensure solutions meet or exceed customer expectations.
  12. Continuously maintain and expand sales, industry, and technical knowledge; use expertise to serve as a thought leader during client engagements.
Requirement:
  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. IT International Outbound Sales experience is required. Experience in software outsourcing projects is a big plus.
  3. At least 03 years of experience in Sales.
  4. Ability to learn and use innovative selling technologies (e.g., analytics, social media) to network, engage clients, and identify new business opportunities.
  5. Motivated self-starter with a passion for sales and a desire to achieve performance goals.
  6. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills; ability to tailor verbal and written communications to adapt to different cultures, clients, and colleagues at multiple levels.
  7. Outstanding ability to prioritize demands from multiple clients while developing creative sales solutions that solve complex business problems.
  8. Demonstrated ability to build trusting working relationships with clients and colleagues.
